What is the difference between the EU and the extended version?

The EU version fulfils the obligations of Directive 2023/970. The extended version adds the certifiable ÍST 85 path (conformity report, period seal, mandatory documents, audit).

Does Equira fix pay gaps automatically?

No. Equira finds, checks and documents them and suggests measures. You decide on the adjustments yourself.

Is the conformity report an official certification?

No. The report documents your status audit-proof. The accredited certification is carried out separately by an approved body.
